Roasted Red Pepper Salad Dressing
Homemade salad dressings taste so much better than store bought. There really is no comparison. This one uses lime vitality essential oil which provides more depth of flavor than just using lime juice.

Here's What You Need:
6-7 oz Fire Roasted Red Peppers
1 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
3 green onions, chopped
1/4 C. Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
1 Tbsp. Honey, raw
2-3 drops Lime Vitality
1 tsp. Rice Wine Vinegar, seasoned
Pinch of Red Pepper Flakes, optional
Salt and Pepper to taste
Combine the first 7 ingredients in a glass measuring cup. Using an immersion blender, blend everything together until well mixed. Add a few red pepper flakes if you like a little kick. Add salt and pepper to your liking. Start with a little, blend and then taste. Add more seasoning if you wish and then blend again.
