Homemade salad dressings taste so much better than store bought. There really is no comparison. This one uses lime vitality essential oil which provides more depth of flavor than just using lime juice. Not sure about lime EO? Koala Crisp Bars

My son loves all the Envirokidz cereals. I'm pretty sure it's the cute animals on the front he can't resist. Add cute, cuddly animals to anything chocolate and he's definitely sold. Instead of eating this cereal plain, I made it into some bars that you can either pack in school lunches, eat for breakfast or snack, or serve as a low-fat, gluten-free dessert in place of cookies.
